** What You'll Bring:**###
*
* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline (environmental, geotechnical, or similar). Or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation/remediation projects (7+ years preferred)
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead moderate to complex technical/regulatory projects
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Environmental field experience and 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
* Driver's License

Required:

This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area
* Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols
* ** This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship**###
** Preferred:
*** Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or a reciprocity state (or ability to obtain soon)
* Experience with innovative remediation technologies and high-resolution site characterization
* Proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts##

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Manage and execute site investigation and remediation projects across soil, groundwater, and sediments
* Plan and oversee field activities, including sampling, drilling, monitoring well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction
* Interpret environmental data, develop conceptual site models, and prepare technical reports and work plans
* Evaluate remedial alternatives and support clients in achieving cost-effective regulatory closure strategies
* Design and implement innovative remediation approaches, including bench-scale and pilot testing
* Mentor and guide junior team members while effectively delegating work
* Prepare proposals, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to business development initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes#
