Field Engineering Specialist - Denver

Position Overview

Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers as a Field Engineering Specialist. You will travel the assigned territory to provide technical repair, installation, and maintenance for Roche products.

• Provide routine technical support, on-site service, repair, and installation for Roche products.
• Act as the primary customer contact for all technical and service-related issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures, and document all activities.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience, plus 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of progressive experience.
• Completion of RD Services Leadership and policy training or certification.
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel.

• 8+ years of progressive experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of progressive experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, information technology, and basic chemistry.
• Ability to serve as an internal technical resource, provide support after hours, on weekends and holidays, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Daily travel and up to 60% overnight travel with a requirement to live within the territory.

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Salary: $71,100 - $132,000 (Colorado). Pay determined by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. A discretionary annual bonus may be available.
