Insight Global is seeking sixteen Controls Commissioning Site Engineers to support a hyperscale data center program in Sullivan, Indiana. These roles will provide hands‑on field support for BMS / BAS and EPMS startup, point‑to‑point verification, system checkout, issue resolution, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and Level 3–5 commissioning across multiple data halls.
Must Haves:- Experience supporting BMS / BAS, EPMS, controls, automation, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, startup, or mission‑critical field execution.
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings, electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, points lists, wiring diagrams, network diagrams, and sequences of operation.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with field devices, control panels, communication networks, instrumentation, alarms, graphics, and equipment interfaces.
- Experience documenting test results, deficiencies, corrective actions, punch lists, redlines, and commissioning records.
- Strong safety mindset, field communication skills, documentation discipline, and ability to work in an active construction environment.
