Responsibilities- Perform multi‑band LTE optimization and design for LTE 2500, 1900, 2100, and 800 MHz of macro and small‑cell sites.
- Design small‑cell coverage and capacity enhancements, identify new hub locations, and conduct end‑to‑end RF design and deployment across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
- Execute coverage parity analysis for different 4G and 5G bands, generate predictions, and create delta maps.
- Support monthly POR governance, including site prioritization and RFDS.
- Run predictions using POP analysis, POR objective analysis, and sharpen 5G coverage based on findings.
- Perform OPEX and CAPEX analysis for sites with the deployment team to provide conclusions based on coverage, users, costing, and morphology.
- Tune LTE idle and connected‑mode parameters, conduct coverage analysis, and improve overall network performance.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, propose solutions, and perform multi‑band load balancing across LTE carriers and multi‑technology traffic.
- Conduct drive testing with Xcal and Tems, analyze Layer 3 protocol logs for LTE and 5G.
