Title: Bridge Inspector
Location: Indianapolis, IN, US
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
Duties- Assist with onsite bridge inspections, data entry, and bridge inspection reports.
- Manage bridge inspection equipment, schedule bridge inspection personnel, etc.
- Eventually lead onsite bridge inspections.
- Work and coordinate with roadway, water, environmental, survey, and utility engineers.
- PE or EIT certification/licensure.
- Knowledge of INDOT bridge inspection guidelines is a strong plus.
- Ability to safely traverse uneven terrain.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel for bridge inspections (day and overnight trips as required).
- Willingness to eventually become an Indiana Bridge Inspection Team Leader.
