- Design electrical control systems, schematics, wiring, power distribution systems, and PCB layouts.
- Develop products for manufacturability, quality, reliability, and serviceability.
- Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and validate new designs.
- Create BOMs, electrical drawings, and technical documentation.
- Partner with Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing throughout product development.
- Lead product improvements, root cause analysis, and component lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of electrical design experience in industrial equipment, OEM manufacturing, automation, controls, HVAC, power systems, or similar engineered products.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, Solid Works Electrical, Altium, OrCAD, or similar CAD platforms.
- Strong knowledge of DFM, manufacturing processes, and new product development.
- Excellent project management, troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
