Drive the lifecycle of complex mechanical designs as a technical leader for several Radar systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition concepts into production while managing a diverse group of engineering, drafting, and technical writing professionals.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division

+ Drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion

+ Synchronize project interdependencies and oversee the end-to-end development of task order deliverables to ensure full SOW compliance

+ Diagnose complex technical challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer and deploy effective solutions

+ Manage the full lifecycle of organizational requirements, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of core management processes

+ Define and govern project requirements throughout the contract term, optimizing the prioritization and capture process for technical accuracy

+ Interface with system users to elicit requirements and architect comprehensive designs for hardware and software integration

+ Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance

+ Provide expert-level technical resolution for intricate problems, bridging the gap between existing documentation and mission-specific requirements

+ Analyze and optimize intricate signal flows and circuit interrelationships through the expert application of high-frequency pulse generators and complex diagnostic hardware

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

+ 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, system integration, and technical project management.

+ Hands-on experience in CAD design, drafting standards, and mechanical lifecycle development for complex electro-mechanical systems.

+ Experience driving technical deliverables against Statements of Work (SOW) while collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams.

+ Proven track record using diagnostic hardware and test strategies

+ Experience communicating effectively and interfacing with government clients, technical writers, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Experience utilizing Solid Works for 3D modeling, assembly management, and the creation of detailed manufacturing drawings

+ Experience leveraging Solid Works Flow Simulation or Simulation Professional to perform integrated thermal and structural FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

+ Experience performing comprehensive thermodynamic analysis for complex systems, including heat transfer (conduction, convection, radiation) and fluid flow.

** Clearance Requirements:*
* + Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearance.

+ Candidate will be required to obtain an interim Secret clearance before onboarding

* Physical Requirements:

*
* + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
