Senior Project Manager – Civil/Site Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil/site engineering projects and oversee a high-performing team in our Indianapolis office. This leadership role combines project management, client development, and team mentorship while driving project success and business growth.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals.
• Manage multiple civil/site projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Perform final quality assurance and quality control reviews on project deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, hiring, and staff development initiatives.
• Mentor Project Managers and support team growth and succession planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering and project management experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex civil/site projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and client management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
