Civil Engineer – Land Development
Location: Indianapolis, IN
We're seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–10 years of land development experience to join a growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while advancing your career in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
- Prepare construction plans, calculations, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams.
- Perform site layout and assist with permitting and regulatory approvals.
- Support projects from concept through construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–10 years of land development design experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design.
- Knowledge of local and state design standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- EIT certification preferred or the ability to obtain it.
