Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in control system design, configuration, and testing.
• Experience with Novatech D3 (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Certified completion of DeltaV training (preferred).
• Experience with network design and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Knowledge of wireless networks (WiFi and Wi-HART) (preferred).
• Experience with OSI PI Historian (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure full compliance with safety and EHS requirements.

Engineering & Project Support:

• Work closely with engineers to review and ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including
• P&IDs
• Process Descriptions
• Equipment List
• IO List
• Alarm List
• Control Requirements
• Sequence Requirements
• HMI Requirements
• Interlock and Permissive Requirements
• Narratives

Field Investigations & Instrumentation Support:

• Conduct field investigations to align P&, IO list, and Narratives.
• Cross-reference existing field wire tags with D3 code to verify device tagging.
• Provide Instrument Layouts on General Arrangement (GR) drawings ahead of loop checks.
• Identify and document decommissioned or broken instrumentation before loop checks.
• Ensure proper tagging of instruments before loop checks.

Testing & Commissioning:

• Assist with loop checks during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
