Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “
Planned Activities Specialist / Field Service Engineer
”.
Travel: 90% (East Coast - Travel expenses will be reimbursed per the Expense Policy)
Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Responsibilities- Install and configure diagnostic equipment at customer locations
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software issues
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
- Coordinate installation schedules and support equipment modifications
- Follow quality, safety, and compliance procedures
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and computer hardware
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Medical device or laboratory equipment installation
- Biomedical equipment servicing
