Kimley-Horn in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with 2+ years of experience to join the Roadway team. This is not a remote position.
You will support multiple PMs, perform alignments, grading, drainage, and multimodal design, and gain mentorship in plan production and client interactions. The role requires an ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree, an EIT/Intern certification, and proficiency in Micro Station/InRoads/Open Roads or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
