American Axle & Mfg., Inc. is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Forge to lead manufacturing engineering staff based in North Vernon, IN. This role involves overseeing production processes and improving quality, safety, yield, and runtime through efficient engineering practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, especially in machining or forging, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and progressive leadership experience. Candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $10,000 upon hire.
