HDR is seeking a Digital Design Specialist for the Building Engineering Services team in Indianapolis, IN. You will contribute to site civil design for data center projects, delivering BIM models, drawings, and coordinated deliverables.
You will mentor junior staff, develop the CAD bench, and ensure conformance with LOD and Digital Delivery requirements while collaborating across disciplines to solve complex design challenges.
