VS Engineering is looking for an energetic and driven Civil Transportation Team Lead to join our Indianapolis office. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced project manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. As a Civil Transportation Team Lead
, you'll be responsible for managing your own team of talented engineers, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality delivery for our clients. You’ll report directly to VS’s Indiana Transportation Director, and work in a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and professional growth.

Your

Role as a Transportation Team Lead:
  • Lead and manage a transportation engineering team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Oversee and drive transportation projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, leading business development efforts and expanding our transportation project portfolio.
  • Work on a wide range of projects, including public sector design for INDOT, counties, and municipalities.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and problem‑solving to overcome complex challenges.

Requirements What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, and/or Ohio and Kentucky.
  • At least 10 years of experience designing transportation infrastructure projects.
