The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring temporary/on‑call Event Team Technicians to join our Event Team supporting hospitality and large‑scale events within the Notre Dame Stadium Complex. This on‑call position offers flexible scheduling and hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced event environment.

The Event Team plays a critical role in preparing and maintaining event hospitality spaces across the Stadium Complex. Team members execute event setups, tear‑downs, and custodial services to ensure spaces meet operational and presentation standards. The team works in collaboration with University Operations & Events, Division of Student Affairs, and Athletics to support a wide range of events, including:

• Home football games
• Concerts and major stadium events
• University‑hosted receptions and hospitality functions

• Executing event setups and tear‑downs according to provided layouts
• Reading and interpreting room diagrams and setup instructions
• Providing custodial services before, during, and after events
• Maintaining clean, safe, and guest‑ready environments
• Adapting to changing event needs and timelines

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
