Work with the care team to support residents holistically. - Time Management
:
Balance daily schedules, multiple residents, and activity prep.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
. - High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successful completion of a State-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State. This training can also be provided by the community.
