General Responsibilities- Communicate with customers on a regular basis.
- Complete work orders for parts accurately.
- Explain part changes and stay abreast of part replacements with customers.
- Answer emails regarding quotes and orders in a timely‑manor.
- Answer phone calls and return calls promptly.
- Cross training as needed.
- Must have general knowledge of RV.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong desire to provide extraordinary customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and be quality minded.
- Minimum 1 year of RV Parts and computer (AS400, Microsoft Suites) experience.
- Must be a team player.
