The Role- Ensure the safety of guests and venue staff
- Assist in pat-downs, searches, wanding, and ticket scanning of entrants; operate detection devices (walk-through metal detectors and wands) as needed
- Search bags, purses, wristlets for non-permitted items
- Be aware of suspicious items
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within policy and procedures
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 30 lbs or more
- Control any unruly patron who might cause harm to anyone
- Provide a safe environment for guests and staff
- Help with removal of debris after guests have exited the venue
- Follow all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
- Work outdoors in rain or shine
- Display the Heart of Service positive attitude
