• Ensure the safety of guests and venue staff
• Assist in pat-downs, searches, wanding, and ticket scanning of entrants; operate detection devices (walk-through metal detectors and wands) as needed
• Search bags, purses, wristlets for non-permitted items
• Be aware of suspicious items
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within policy and procedures
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 30 lbs or more
• Control any unruly patron who might cause harm to anyone
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff
• Help with removal of debris after guests have exited the venue
• Follow all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
• Work outdoors in rain or shine
• Display the Heart of Service positive attitude
