The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights attheticketcounterandgates;aswellasverifyingpassengerdocumentation,assigning seats,providinggateinformation,checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport.

This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.

• Assistpassengerswithcheck-ins,verification,gate information,baggageclaimsandanyotherpassengerissuesintheairport,beenthusiasticandkeepapositiveattitudewhileofferingassistance.
• Hostself-service kiosks andverifypassengers’documentspriortoboardingaircraft,
• Interpretidentificationlabelsalongwithbaggageandcargoroutingtags.
• Ensurethatallworkareasareorganizedandfunctional(check-in,lobby,gate,baggage).

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. • Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Abilitytoapplycommonsenseunderstandingtocarryoutinstructionsfurnishedin written,oralordiagramform.
• Computerskillsarerequiredasyouwillbeusingcomputer-basedsystemstoperformsomeofyourprimaryjobduties.
• Abilitytoproficientlyread, writeandspeak

• Must have a positive, can-do, upbeat personality, able to remain calm under pressure.
• Ableto standforlong periodsoftimeattheticketcounterandgatecheck-inareas.
• Must Pass pre-employmentbackgroundcheck anddrug test
• Able tolift upto
  50 Lbs
