Customer Service Rep, Travel Industry
Seeking an experienced, team oriented, customer service oriented international corporate travel agent for high touch, fast paced corporate travel agency. Research & book both routine and complex air, hotel, car, ground transportation and additional services. Specifically looking for strong international ticketing, ARC, and BSP experience.
Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices in the application of corporate travel policies in terms of price/elapsed time/safety.
Qualifications- Experience in handling international reservations and travel arrangements (flights, hotel, rental car, train, groups) including ARC and BSP.
- Exposure to Concur, Spotnana, or Navan Online Booking Tools (OBT) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
