Compensation structure is competitive base salary (+) commission (+) full benefits package w/ 401k.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting contractors throughout their entire employment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both the contractors and our clients. Your exceptional communication skills, organizational prowess, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the success of our contractor management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors between onboarding completion and start of assignment, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive relationships with contractors by providing continuous support, recognizing achievements, and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Regularly assess contractor onboarding performance and provide updates to client through portal, working closely with VMS managers and clients to address any delays/risks.

• Manage necessary documentation and reporting related to contractor compliance.
• Investigate and resolve any issues, conflicts, or disputes that may arise between contractors and clients, demonstrating a diplomatic and solution-oriented approach.

• Facilitate the first day process for contractors, conducting first day check ins, equipment detail and documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contractor information, contracts, and performance metrics using BCforward tools.

• Continuously assess and enhance contractor management processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall contractor experience.
