Investment Banking Senior Analyst - M&A​/Strategic Advisory

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst / First Year Associate to join our team. The role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and offers hands-on transaction experience, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to grow alongside a firm that values ownership, judgment, and initiative.

• Build and maintain financial models for M&A, capital raises, and investment analysis
• Support transaction execution from initial analysis through closing
• Prepare client- and investor-facing materials, including presentations and memoranda
• Conduct industry research, company analysis, and due diligence
• Work closely with senior team members on live mandates and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to firm development, process improvement, and special projects

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Outstanding personal and professional references
