Business Analyst

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, categorizations, and cash positioning across bank accounts
• Process wire transfers, including confirmations, tracking, and status updates
• Manage FX confirmations, settlements, and quarterly hedge rolls
• Prepare and maintain reporting on bank fees, account yields, letters of credit, and bank statements
• Monitor Treasury communications and respond promptly to inquiries
• Provide support for foreign exchange and other treasury transactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, and company policies
• Support internal and external audit requests, documentation, and reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects, presentations, and business process or technology initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in a related field
• CTP or other professional designations a plus
• Prior Treasury-related work experience preferred
• Strong knowledge in cash management, corporate finance and accounting
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to learn new applications and systems applicable to the role
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently on issues or problems with other functional areas such as Accounting, Financial Services, Financial Systems, etc.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with external and internal counterparts
• Ability to articulate and present solutions to senior management and broader team

The approximate pay range for this position is between $22.83 and $32.62. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
