Work ArrangementHybrid (in office Tuesday–Thursday)
Compensation- Salary: $65,000 – $95,000
- Bonus:
Annual discretionary bonus, averaging ~10% of salary

The Role
This Asset Manager position supports real estate investment performance at the deal level. The role is highly analytical and client-facing, combining Excel modeling, financial review, and frequent communication with investors and partners.

Important: Candidates with property management experience only are not a fit for this role. Asset management experience is required.
- 2+ years of asset management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related business field
- Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills
- LIHTC deal experience required
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models
- Perform in-depth financial reviews, including sources & uses at the deal level
- Spend approximately 50% of the day in direct client communication
