This is a full‑time, on‑site Universal Banker role located in Lizton, IN. The Universal Banker will be responsible for a variety of customer‑focused tasks, including assisting with account transactions, handling deposits and withdrawals, and providing accurate information about bank products and services. Additional responsibilities include processing loans, delivering top‑notch customer service, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. The Universal Banker will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their financial goals while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Proficiency in deposits, withdrawals, and accurate cash‑handling responsibilities, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to bank policies
- Strong customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their financial inquiries and needs
- Experience in servicing loan transactions on the teller line and opening direct depostit accounts and services
- Exceptional communication skills for building rapport with customers and team members
- Ability to work effectively in an on‑site role and contribute positively to a team environment
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in using banking software and technology is an advantage
