This is a full-time role for a Financial Controller based in Indianapolis, IN. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage financial reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and supporting the development of strategic financial plans. The role involves collaborating with leadership to advise on financial control mechanisms to drive organizational success.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance
• Experience managing budgets and financial data to support decision-making
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and collaborate with a team
