PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Receives accounts payable invoices and credit card receipts from building administrative assistants and administrators for payment processing
- Input deposits into the accounting system while also recording past due book rental, Chromebook charges and current Chromebook repair payments into the school corporation's student information system
- Reconcile daily deposits from school buildings
- Input receipts for deposits
- Prepare mailings of invoices for current Chromebook repairs and fees
- Discuss past due textbook fees, Chromebook fees, payment arrangements, and receive payments from parents in person or electronically
- Communicate with building principals to discuss ECA spending priorities and corporate budget deadlines
- Make purchases for buildings and monitor the tracking and deliveries of requested purchases
- Monitor school budgets and communicate balances with building principals and the Chief Financial Officer
- Reconcile ECA bank accounts to the accounting software and obtain signatures from building principals
- Upload ECA bank reconciliations and fund reports into the Gateway portal and complete ECA Risk Reports
- Follow SBOA guidelines when performing all accounting functions
- Maintain the corporation's fees payment software by adjusting or adding fees when needed
- Extract data from the school corporation's student information system to send to collections
- Assist Chief Financial Officer with duties as needed
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in order to complete a variety of administrative responsibilities
- Must have the ability to operate independent of direct supervision to complete work
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional environment
