* ******** Specific Responsibilities****:
**** Position Requirements****:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or other related field.
* Minimum of three years’ experience working in the mortgage or banking industry; preferably in mortgage servicing and/or data analytics
* Excellent analytical and communication skills with strict attention to detail. Ability to interact with other Bank personnel, FHLBI members, and counter party representatives.
* Knowledge and ability to use computer tools in analysis of financial data. Specifically, knowledge with products such as Word, Excel, Access, Power BI, SQL, Oracle, and Dynamics 365. Ability to learn the in-house Loan Acquisition System and database, LRA Management and other software programs, as necessary.
* Must not have been convicted of any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security.
* Ability to work full-time.
* Ability to uphold and model the Bank’s Guiding Principles.
