Salary: $110,000–$125,000 + 20% KPI-based bonus
Location: Avon, IN (Hybrid – WFH Monday & Friday)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of FP&A experience
• Prior leadership, mentorship, or people-management experience
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments (preferred)
