Job Description

Experience: Manager

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and present financial reports accurately and timely.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing detailed and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with plant management to develop strategies and plans for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external financial regulations and standards, including conducting financial audits.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Qualifications
    • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
    • Proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, financial planning, business analysis, process improvement, accounting, leadership, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, corporate finance, internal controls, and financial audits.
    • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in the use of financial software and systems, including advanced Excel skills.
    • A proactive and results‑driven approach, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
