About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial operations and strategic decision‑making. This role partners closely with the sales team and finance leadership to deliver insights, manage financial processes, and support forecasting and reporting activities. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage payments to national account customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Extract, compile, and validate financial and operational data from multiple systems.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain forecasts for contra sales, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional allowances.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide financial guidance, performance tracking, and decision support.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes.
  • Perform ad‑hoc FP&A analysis to support business initiatives, pricing decisions, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ year of work experience in an FP&A and/or analytical role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling); experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience supporting sales or commercial finance functions.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition, trade spend, or contra revenue concepts.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Financial acumen, data analysis and interpretation, business partnering, communication and presentation skills, process improvement mindset.
Pay Range and Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00$ annually. Pay may be affected by skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications. The role may also be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
