Senior Accountant – Flexible work schedule
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

- Oversee and manage the general ledger.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with approved external auditors.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in the development of the strategic plan, annual budget, and forecasts.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
- Oversee the preparation of Corporate Finance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting and corporate finance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, financial modeling and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
- Proven experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and accounting for investments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non‑finance managers.
