Senior Financial Analyst

This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, drive operational improvements, and partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and executive teams.

This is more than a traditional FP&A role—you'll help shape financial strategy, improve profitability, support value creation initiatives, and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

• Partner with the CFO, Controller, and business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic decision support
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Develop and enhance financial models to improve decision-making and operational performance
• Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, and cost-saving opportunities across the business
• Prepare executive-level reporting for leadership, investors, and the Board
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending actionable solutions
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial analysis and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  
  Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of financial statements, operational finance, and business performance drivers
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance leaders
