Join a growing, private equity-backed manufacturing organization in a highly visible finance role reporting directly to senior leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, drive operational improvements, and partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and executive teams.
This is more than a traditional FP&A role—you'll help shape financial strategy, improve profitability, support value creation initiatives, and play a key role in the company's continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing- Partner with the CFO, Controller, and business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic decision support
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Develop and enhance financial models to improve decision-making and operational performance
- Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, and cost-saving opportunities across the business
- Prepare executive-level reporting for leadership, investors, and the Board
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending actionable solutions
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial analysis and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Strong understanding of financial statements, operational finance, and business performance drivers
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance leaders
- Naturally curious and analytical
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
