This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor located in Indianapolis, IN. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan files, verifying and reviewing documentation, assisting with underwriting processes, and preparing loans for closing. The role also entails coordinating with clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve independently, and work without constant supervision
• 2+ years of customer service experience
