Financial Analyst Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | Onsite
Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions that support our business growth.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze financial data and performance to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models
- Monitor KPIs and provide insight into variances and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial outcomes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and data requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
