Job SummaryThis role is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations and client experience within the banking center. The supervisor leads a strong sales environment, models sales‑focused behaviors, and ensures an efficient, professional client experience, meeting the bank’s expectations.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Fluent in English (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate).
- Fluent in Spanish preferred.
- NMLS registration may be required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Ensure smooth daily banking center operations and consistent delivery of the Republic Experience.
- Sell, open, and maintain retail deposit and loan products to consumer and business clients by soliciting the existing client base and walk‑in clients, and by establishing referral networks.
- Operate the consumer loan application system for unsecured loans, auto loans, and other consumer loans.
- Assist in developing and delivering the banking center goals and business strategies.
- Direct staff career development through internal and external training programs.
- Manage daily and monthly reports, including depository overdrafts and resolving pertinent problems.
- Perform cash drawer audits throughout the year to ensure policy, procedure, and audit compliance among staff.
- Handle and resolve client escalated issues.
- Make decisions on check cashing, hold determinations, manage outages and fraud according to authority limits.
- Ensure all exception and pending items are cleared within the specified time frame.
- Approve and sign off on waived fees, cashier’s checks, wires and GL tickets.
- Engage in community involvement such as neighborhood associations and business networking groups.
- Maintain audit, compliance, and document retention expectations.
- Know compliance responsibilities, integrate them into business processes, perform ongoing monitoring, self‑assessments, reporting, corrective action, and train associates.
- Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture, creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication.
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Other Requirements- Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is essential.
- Travel between Republic Bank facilities may be required, including occasional out‑of‑town travel.
- Flexible work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and/or overtime.
- Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Position is subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements for residential loan mortgage originations.
