シニアアソシエイト（トランザクション・サービス、TS、日本）

シニアアソシエイト（TS）は、財務デューデリジェンス（FDD）の実務を担当し、特定の分析領域（BS、PL、CFなど）についてシニアメンバーの一定の指導のもとで作業を行います。アソシエイトやアナリストに対して適切な指示または指導を行い、成果物の正確性・一貫性を確保するとともに、クライアントとのやり取りにも部分的に関与し、プロジェクトの品質向上および効率的な業務遂行に貢献します。

• FDDスキルを活用し、シニアメンバーの指導のもとで特定のFDD領域（BS/PL/CFなど）の分析・報告を実施する
• アソシエイトやアナリストに適切な指示・指導・助言を行う
• 必要に応じてクライアントや社内とのコミュニケーションを行う

• 学士号 / 専攻: 会計、ファイナンス等
• 会計知識、財務分析、FDD、DCFモデル、Excel・PowerPoint等のスキル
• 必要資格: CPA（公認会計士 / 米国公認会計士等）、簿記検定 2級以上
• 日本語スキル（日本語能力試験（JLPT） N2相当以上）および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
• 日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
• 歓迎スキル: 英語、Power BI、Tableau

• 3〜5年程度の関連業務経験（例:監査、会計関連実務等）
• 専門分野における確かな知識を有し、自己研鑽をするとともに、自律的に業務を遂行できること

Senior Associate, Transaction Services (TS) - Japan

The Senior Associate, Transaction Services (TS) performs financial due diligence, such as BS, PL, or CF analysis under certain or limited supervision by senior members. The Senior Associate provides guidance to Associates and Analysts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables and begins to interact with clients on specific topics, and contributes to the quality and efficiency of project delivery.

• Possess FDD skills and perform analysis and reporting in specific FDD areas (BS/PL/CF, etc.) under the guidance of senior members.
• Provide appropriate instruction and advice to Associates and Analysts.
• Communicate with clients or internally when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, etc
• Accounting knowledge, financial analysis, FDD, DCF model, excel skills, power points, etc
• Desirable skills (English, Power BI, Tableau)
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) & Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Level 2 or above)
• Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
• Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. audit, accounting).
• The candidate should demonstrate solid expertise in the field, with the ability to work independently and contribute to strategic initiatives.
