Financial Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer services organization in the Indianapolis area seeking a Finance Director. This position serves as a key member of the leadership team and will oversee the organization's financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced finance leader looking to influence strategic decisions, improve operational performance, and position themselves for long-term leadership growth within the organization.
Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee AR performance and collections
- Manage financial reporting and financial statement preparation
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key metrics
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Supervise finance, accounting, and administrative staff
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR functions
- Evaluate capital investments and business opportunities
- Manage vendor and professional service relationships
- Maintain reporting accuracy and financial system integrity
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support facilities, technology, and administrative operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Experience leading accounting and operational teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
