Location: Indianapolis

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer services organization in the Indianapolis area seeking a Finance Director. This position serves as a key member of the leadership team and will oversee the organization's financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced finance leader looking to influence strategic decisions, improve operational performance, and position themselves for long-term leadership growth within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Oversee AR performance and collections
  • Manage financial reporting and financial statement preparation
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key metrics
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Supervise finance, accounting, and administrative staff
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR functions
  • Evaluate capital investments and business opportunities
  • Manage vendor and professional service relationships
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and financial system integrity
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support facilities, technology, and administrative operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA required
  • 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience
  • Experience leading accounting and operational teams
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Strategic business partner mindset
