Financial Systems Advisor

Overview

Elanco is seeking a Financial System Advisor to support the One Stream platform for global consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A planning. This role focuses on designing and maintaining the One Stream environment to enable accurate reporting, analytics, and automation, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and the integration of AI and the latest One Stream features.

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the One Stream platform to support global consolidations, complex financial reporting, and FP&A planning cycles.
• Enable the long-term roadmap for the One Stream enterprise solution, implementing enhancements including AI-driven analytics and the latest platform features to improve performance and business value.
• Automate and streamline financial close and planning cycles, reducing manual effort and increasing data accuracy.
• Partner with IT, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate large-scale One Stream implementations, upgrades, or marketplace solution deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay at the forefront of One Stream innovation by evaluating and incorporating new marketplace solutions, AI capabilities, and the latest software releases into Elanco’s financial ecosystem.
• Support leadership behaviors including delivering outcomes, innovating, involving others, and taking accountability.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in finance or financial systems roles, with a proven track record in system administration and global consolidations.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Expert-level knowledge of the One Stream platform (Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, Data Management). Experience with SAP integration is highly desirable.
• Innovation Mindset:
  Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Leadership:
  Strong ability to influence without authority and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Communication:
  Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders.
