BCforward is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to support their pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis, IN on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on reconciling consumer payments, handling chargebacks, monitoring fraud risk, and delivering leadership-ready reporting.
You will work with SAP, Adyen and Stripe, contribute to data analysis, and collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in payment operations are preferred, with strong Excel and ERP experience.
