Financial Systems Analyst I (ANFS1)
Location:
Washington Navy Yard and NSWC Crane, Indiana (Contractor Sites)
Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret at time of award

AFORGE Program Manager
Position Overview:
The Financial Systems Analyst I collects, reviews, reconciles, and analyzes financial, programmatic, system, and operational information supporting Task Area 3 customers. The position develops accurate reports, metrics, forecasts, and recommendations that help Government managers understand resource status, support system and customer planning, and make informed program decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze financial, labor, schedule, contract, and program data from approved sources.
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, estimates, forecasts, and decision-support products.
- Analyze planned versus actual expenditures, labor usage, funding status, commitments, and emerging variances.
- Support development of programmatic financial actions, data calls, budget inputs, cost estimates, and management recommendations.
- Coordinate with program managers, financial personnel, contracts staff, task leads, and technical stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain traceability from source records through calculations, reports, recommendations, and approved program records.
- Support iPDM and Task Area 3 reporting, metrics, documentation, customer onboarding, and program-office activities as assigned.
- Protect sensitive financial, contract, personnel, and Government information in accordance with applicable controls.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- More than one year of relevant professional experience.
- Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at the time of award.
- Ability to support contractor sites serving the Washington Navy Yard and NSWC Crane.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years of relevant financial, program, or systems-analysis experience.
- Experience with DoD or Navy financial management, cost analysis, budget execution, or program controls.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with financial, ERP, reporting, or data-visualization systems.
