Pricing and Revenue Manager

LHH is seeking a Pricing & Revenue Manager to support a longstanding client in Indianapolis. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Revenue Management to develop pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will support data analysis, recurring pricing initiatives, and operational finance.

• Creating and implementing pricing strategies
• Using analytical skills to give insight into financial business decisions.
• Lead recurring pricing reviews and revenue management processes.

• Pricing strategy, revenue management, FP&A knowledge, use of business analytics
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to partner effectively with finance, sales, and operations leaders.
• Well versed in operational pricing, financial analysis, and revenue management
• Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis four days per week.
