• Educate members on credit union products and services to promote financial literacy and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless member experience and the achievement of branch targets.
• Stay updated on the latest financial products and compliance regulations to ensure advice and services remain current and beneficial.
• Handle member concerns and queries promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to the member's satisfaction, maintaining the credit union's reputation for excellent customer service.
