Location: Indianapolis
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Finance Specialist for a World Bank-funded health project in Sudan. You will oversee budgeting, accounting, disbursement, IFR reporting, and audits, reporting to the Project Director and World Bank team.
You will manage the designated account, ensure compliance with World Bank guidelines, and build FM capacity at state level, coordinating with auditors and payroll under national law and World Bank ESS
