EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Treasurer/HR Director as needed. Administers corporation document retention guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssistant to the Treasurer:
- Process claims and purchase orders
- Receive and distribute paperless invoicing
- Prepares daily deposits
- Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation
- Invoice for services provided per Corporation Contracts
- Monthly utility report
Payroll/HR Assistant:
- Processing all GKB CSD payroll
- Process payments for taxes, retirement, benefits, deductions, and needed invoices
- Process month-end payroll reconciliation, QTR End, Fiscal Year End, Year End, W2’s/W3’s/100R.
- Manage deductions and deduction fund accounts
- Complies with federal, state, and local legislation
- Assist with Willsub system, Talent Ed, and Eventlink
- Help staff with questions
Computer Repair Accounts Receivable:
- Maintains and file paid and unpaid invoices of computer repair
- Compile and submit delinquent accounts to collections
Document Retention:
- Maintains and updates necessary files
- Coordinates document destruction with building secretaries
- Submits forms for destruction
Asset and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the organization of auction of surplus/disposed assets
- Oversee the organization of auction of surplus/disposed assets
- Review and process monthly new asset report
- Submit inventory updates to Asset Control Systems as needed
Other duties may be required or assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED required. Experience in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to establish trusted relationships with all levels of the organization, including maintaining confidentiality of student/corporation information. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNone.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
