Serve as the lead advisor for key business-owner and multigenerational family relationships. Lead complex tax planning, financial advisory, succession planning, and strategic business discussions. Provide senior-level oversight on complex business and individual tax engagements. Drive client retention, practice growth, pricing strategy, and service expansion initiatives. As Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory, help modernize firm operations through technology and AI adoption.
Active CPA designation required. 15+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to tax and advisory services. Experience advising closely held, family-owned, or multigenerational businesses. Strong background in tax planning, financial analysis, and business advisory services.
