Estate Services is a specialized organization within the broader Schwab Operational Services Enterprise providing high-touch service to our clients and to the advisors that serve them. Estate Services fulfills our purpose of championing every client’s goals with passion and integrity. As a Schwab Team Manager - Estate Services, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of 10-12 Estates Professionals with a goal of creating outstanding client experiences. In addition to responsibility for all aspects of employee development and the full performance management process, your responsibilities include:

• Coaching employees to excellence in delivering proactive, purpose-driven interactions with internal and external clients
• Achieve organizational goals in asset retention and growth by coaching employees to build relationships with clients
• Supporting the direction of the organization by participating in strategic planning sessions
• Building strong partnerships within and across the broader organization
• Understanding and managing risk and ability to coach team members accordingly
• Delivering results that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and that achieve balance between operational excellence and the client experience
• Creatinga team environment that fosters engagement and an achievement-oriented culture
• Passion for the client experience due to the sensitive nature of the client we are servicing

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of 'challenging the status quo,' this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership or management role preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience or capabilities in current role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, business administration, or related area
• Active FINRA Series 7, 63 and 9/10 or 24 licenses required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must enjoy a detail-oriented position in a fast paced, continuously changing environment
• Strong leadership, partnership, and collaboration skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
