Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory Salary: $175,000-$215,000 base + 20% bonus + minority equity

- Active CPA designation required.
- 15+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to tax and advisory services.
- Experience advising closely held, family-owned, or multigenerational businesses.
- Strong background in tax planning, financial analysis, and business advisory services.
- Do not have to currently sit at a Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory
