The Finance Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Northwest, IN, responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic decision‑making. This position manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Finance Manager analyzes financial data, monitors cash flow, and prepares management reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. The role includes partnering with leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop financial plans, evaluate investments, and optimize costs.

The Finance Manager also supports annual audits, maintains internal controls, and helps improve financial processes and systems.

• Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting, with proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls, and experience working with audits or external accountants.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer products is preferred but not required.
